はじめまして。ミケーレ・モッツォと申します。 ミラノと東京を拠点に活動するイタリア人映画監督です。アシスタント兼プロデューサーのカテリーナ・コンティネンツァとともに参りました。
こちらのお店の前を通りかかった際、丁寧に営まれている様子が外からもはっきりと伝わってきました。その姿勢に惹かれ、ぜひお声がけしたいと思いました。
現在、東京を舞台にした作品のパイロット版を制作しており、この街の本物の空気——厨房、働く手、お店の日常のリズム——を映像に収めています。演じていただく必要はありません。ご自身の場所で、いつも通りお仕事をされている姿をそのまま撮影させていただければと思っております。撮影は30分から1時間程度を想定しており、営業のお邪魔にならないよう配慮いたします。
映像はパイロット版での使用を目的としており、お店のお名前はエンドクレジットに掲載いたします。また、プロジェクトの進展についても随時ご報告いたします。ご希望であれば、撮影素材をそのままお渡しすることも可能です。明示的なご同意なく、お店の名前や映像を商業目的に使用することは一切ございません。
なお、2019年に短編映画『GAIJIN』でShort Shorts Film Festival & Asiaにて受賞しており、日本とのご縁を大切にしながら活動を続けております。

Dear Manager,
My name is Michele Motzo. I am an Italian film director based between Milan and Tokyo. I am here together with my assistant and producer, Caterina Continenza.
Walking past your establishment, I could clearly sense — even from outside — the care and dedication with which it is run. It was precisely this that prompted me to knock on your door.
I am currently shooting a pilot episode of a work set in Tokyo, gathering real images of the city — kitchens, hands at work, the everyday rhythm of its places. There is no acting involved: I would simply like to film you, in your own space, going about your work as you always do. The shoot would take between 30 and 60 minutes, and I will do my utmost not to interfere with your service in any way.
The footage will be used for the pilot episode, and your establishment will be credited in the final titles. We will also keep you updated on the progress of the project. If you wish, we can provide you with a copy of the raw footage. Your name and images will never be shared with third parties or used in advertising without your explicit consent.
I should mention that in 2019 I received an award at the Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia for my short film GAIJIN, and I continue my work keeping the bond with Japan very close to my heart.
