An enthusiast phase of discovery started in 2016. I played with Goleador in several ways, over-saturating images to better understand the chromatic potential of this sugary stuff.

The archive is massive, with about 3400 shots. But only 5/10% of the whole library has the aesthetic value I look for.

I was fascinated by R.W. Emerson’s Organic Principle, so I quit any judgements on my own work and enjoyed the ride.

Later, I needed to give more structure to the work as a whole, in order to address my intention while composing, reducing the percentage of “wasted shots”.

I never have 100% control on what is going on, which is a good thing for a photographer. I guide material’s transformations and look for its most aesthetic moment, following the traditional relation between photographer and environment.
